I am still having trouble with the fuel selonide on my 790 and was wondering if anyone new where i could get a wireing diagram for it .i disconected to the seat safty switch but that didn't work either,and was wondering if i had to jump certain wires to make it work?? thanks for the help you have given me so far

The switch was a make not break type contact. The tractor I had a previous owner had jumpered the plug. I had a problem with the jumper on day and had to trace down the problem. You need to check that the seat switch is working and be seated I suppose. ....

Another way of saying what Peters did is: Nobody should advise people how to disable safety equipment, but testing procedures described in manuals may require jumpers to be placed around safety switches. The procedures are intended to be used by experienced mechanics and the jumpers remain in place only to complete a specific procedure.

I'd get a manual because the procedures can save a bunch of time and aggravation. A factory manual also should have a wiring diagram. I did hear a comment from somebody who bought a manual advertised on-line. It's a pretty good manual but it didn't have a wiring diagram, which is why the person bought it in the first place.
